NDG Goes for Gold at the Nationals Awards


The Nationals are the National Sales and Marketing Awards for the Real Estate and Homebuilder Industries. Now in its 28th year, The Nationals Awards Show pays tribute to superior new-home sales and marketing achievements by marketing professionals, homebuilders, and associates.

Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award, which will be announced and presented January 19, 2010 in Las Vegas.

NDG Communications has received a Silver Award for Best Internet Marketing Campaign for K. Hovnanian Homes’ Pounce Before the Bounce campaign, and a Silver Award for Best Marketing Promotion by an Associate for the Myers Barnes Thrival Kit.

NDG  is proud to share this recognition with our clients, and proud of the work we have done for them this year. We look forward to seeing you all at the International Builders Show in January for the Nationals Award Show.

NDG at GALA 2009


The mavericks and mavens of the D.C. region’s real estate industry gathered at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner last night for the first Great American Living Awards show. Combining the best of MAME and MONUMENT award shows of the past, GALA 2009 celebrated excellence in real estate marketing, design, architecture, and sales.

It was a big night for NDG Communications, who received numerous industry accolades, including Best Marketing Campaign for Mid-Atlantic Builders at Beechtree in Upper Marlboro. Here are some highlights of NDG s haul at GALA 2009:

NDG Receives ADDY AWARD for New Civista Health Website


On Thursday, March 19th, 2009, The Advertising Club of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., held its 41st annual ADDY® Awards Gala to recognize the best in creative excellence in the metro Washington area. The ADDY® Awards are the advertising industry’s largest competition.

NDG Communications was recognized with a Silver Addy Award for our work for Civista Health. NDG developed the hospital’s new website, www.Civista.org, and we’re honored to share this recognition with Civista.

Now Civista can provide all the information the community needs to take charge of their own health, and all the information they need about the medical center, in a single online resource. From the new health resources page, which provides brief and easy-to-understand articles about almost every health concern, to presenting the latest health news, the new Civista website is truly a comprehensive portal to good health.

Visitors can use the new Civista website to find a doctor, download a welcome kit for those who will be patients at the medical center, and even watch videos of Civista staffers share their experiences, of patient testimonials, and even a take a video tour of the brand-new facility. With their new website, Civista can now truly say Good Health Starts Here.

NDG takes GOLD at the Nationals Awards


The Nationals is the nation’s largest competition for new home sales and marketing, and is presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This year, NDG received a Gold Award for our work for the Kaine Homes website, in the category Best Website for a Builder.

Prior to the new website’s launch, the previous Kaine Homes website received approximately 3,000 visits per quarter. The new website has been promoted via email, print, direct mail, corporate collateral, and even via social media sites such as Youtube. Site visits rose to approximately 6,000 in the first quarter after launching the new website, and recently measured approximately 12,000 discrete visits per quarter.

We’re happy to share this recognition with Kaine Homes and very proud of our achievement of the Nationals Gold Award.
